I’m a dedicated eco-warrior, that lives in the ‘Castle Ward’. I have been on many climate camps including Heathrow Airport, and Blackheath a couple of months ago. I am a protester that is legal but only just. As a law abiding citizen(which is more than can be said about our politians), I want to be more involved with local ideals. My biggest bugbear is re-use. People put things in the bin that can help another person. Carbon etc..is beyond my thinking, but re-use (the step before recycling) must have an answer.
I have worked with a community of 30 people that live self-sufficiently on peoples thrown-out ’stuff’.
I’m not the best person if you ask about politicis, BUT I can turn 2 knacked bikes into a wheelchair, or take that fridge on Dudley St into an eco-safe place.. or make sure that a dumped TV can be desposed of safely.
